For Tweezers: You can clean any build up adhesive on your tweezers with just little acetone and wipe it away!

For Adhesive Bottle: Make sure there is no other liquid on the wipe for this! You want to be able to clean the nozzle after EVERY use. After dispensing your drop, simply just burp (squeeze) your bottle (upright) and wipe.
